Q: Wind Energy?

Can someone please tell me what that means? And my question is would you be able to indefinitely power a small fridge, a TV and other things on that wind turbine which costs $3 000? I'm posting...

A: What all the technical detail boils down to, is that the system will deliver a limited quantity of low voltage lighting. Say enough for outside area and security lighting is about it.

Vineyard wins power to 'veto' wind projects

The delineate, which was praised by environmental groups, would actually make it easier for towns and cities to push ahead with close-fisted “community” wind farms in state waters - with Boston getting permission to install up to 22 wind turbines off its sail.

The plan would also allow two large commercial wind farms - each with 150 turbines - in waters off the Elizabeth Islands and south of “Nomans Get,” an uninhabited island near Martha’s Vineyard.

The town of Gosnold, which covers the Elizabeth Islands, has expressed a steady interest in allowing a wind farm.

But residents on Martha’s Vineyard, through a group called Let Vineyarders Decide, are more skeptical - and they harshly criticized an prime draft of the ocean-management plan that would have stripped the authority of two coastal commissions to have final say over such projects.

    Looking at the power graph, in the Amazon goods description, lets be moderately optimistic and expect 40 kWh per month. Where I spirited we are charged about 20 cent per kWh.
    This generator will produce energy that I can buy for $8 a month....
