What is the best manufacturer HID Xenon KIT on the market?

Q: I like to add a HID Xenon KIT using 9006 & H11.

A: I know wal mart sells the hid replacment bulbs in their automotive area for about 15 bucks for the pair. I converted my truck over with the same style bulbs and love it very much.
