Q: hey, can i play playstation 3 with a usb controller for a pc.
dosn't ps3 act as a sort of computer with usb jacks

A: Unfortunately no. You must use Sony's controllers. However, there 3rd party controllers (Logitech). If you're into FPS - get FragFX controller.
