Can you use your 360 gamertag on another xbox console?

Q: I would like to use my gamertag on my friend's 360 console. Is there some way that I can access it from his xbox 360? Thanks.

Yes, use account recovery on the dashboard. However, when you do that it will delete the account off your Xbox 360. You can only have your Xbox live account on one Xbox 360 at a time so when you get back home, you'll have to recover it again....
