Can a wind turine be made without a charge controller if i am not using battery?

Q: If i am running the appliance directly from turbine generated power then is there any need to use a charge controller??

A: yes. Almost all appliances have a very limited range of voltage and frequency under which they will operate, typically 105 to 125 VAC and 59-61Hz for the US.

Power coming out of a wind turbine varies a lot, perhaps 10 to 1, or even more. That means if you set it up so it delivers...
